The only daughter of Walmart's founder Sam Walton, Alice, 75, focused on curating art instead of serving the board of Walmart as her siblings did. She opened the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Arkansas in 2011, featuring works from artists like Norman Rockwell and Andy Warhol.
She used to be a stock market analyst and had founded an investment banking company. She was also vice chairwoman of Arvest Bank Group, a bank under the ownership of the Walton family.
Francoise Bettencourt Meyers ($81.2 billion)

Françoise Bettencourt Meyers, granddaughter of L'Oréal founder Eugène Schueller, holds over one-third of the publicly traded cosmetics giant. Bettencourt Meyers, 71, has served on L'Oréal's board since 1997 and chairs the family's holding company, which owns prominent brands such as Maybelline and Yves Saint Laurent.
Apart from business, Bettencourt Meyers is also a scholar with a passion for religion and music.
Julia Koch ($74.2 billion)

Julia Koch, 62, inherited a 42% stake in Koch Industries from her late husband, David Koch, who passed away in 2019. Previously, she worked in the fashion industry, notably assisting renowned designer Adolfo and serving high-profile clients, including former First Lady Nancy Reagan.
In February last year, the Julia Koch Family Foundation gifted $75 million to fund the Julia Koch Family Ambulatory Care Center. The family's foundation has donated millions of U.S. dollars to schools and hospitals.

Jacqueline Mars, 85, owns a one-third stake in Mars Inc., the global candy, food, and pet-care company founded by her grandfather. Mars actively participated in the family business for approximately two decades and served on its board until 2016.
Alongside her brother, John Mars, she oversaw the growth of iconic brands like Snickers and M&M's. Mars is also recognized for her philanthropy, particularly in education and cultural preservation.
Rafaela Aponte-Diamant ($38.9 billion)

Rafaela Aponte-Diamant, 79, co-owns MSC, the world’s largest shipping company, with her husband, Gianluigi Aponte. She specializes in interior design for MSC's cruise ships and serves on the board of the MSC Foundation.
Established by her family in 2018, the MSC Foundation concentrates on global conservation and humanitarian initiatives, donating approximately $12.9 million to various charitable projects as of 2022.
